What Is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is state of natural deep, relaxation and concentration.  It helps you to use the power of your mind and your creative imagination to find new ways of dealing with problems and to alter unwanted patterns of behaviour.

A Hypnotic state enables you to access the ability of the subconscious mind to resolve deeply rooted issues.

Hypnosis is a natural, drug free yet powerful way of dealing with problems.  Supported by clinical research, it provides a rapid, personalised and permanent solution to many health issues.

HYPNOTHERAPY CAN HELP YOU manage stress, control habits, manage weight, enhance your performance, overcome trauma, manage pain, along with other health related conditions.

How does Hypnosis work?

The hypnotic state enables you to access the ability of the subconscious mind to resolve deeply rooted issues.

Who is in Control?

All hypnosis is self hypnosis; therefore you are in total control during the hypnosis session.  As with anything, it is important to view hypnosis in a positive light to gain the most from your session.  Your desire and willingness to change through the hypnotic process helps you to respond better to the session.

What will I experience?

During the hypnosis session you may feel a sense of detachment, relaxation, or you may feel focused, with things appearing very clear to you.  You may also feel detached as if things are happening away in the distance.  Some people appear to be in their conscious mind and are able to carry out normal conversations while in a hypnotic trance.

Who can be Hypnotised?

While anyone of average intelligence can be hypnotised, different forms of trance induction are required to suit our individual needs and personality.  Tests will be performed during your first visit to determine the type of induction most suited to you.

What is Self Hypnosis?

Because all hypnosis is self hypnosis the Hypnotherapist can not make you do anything you do not want to do.  To help create the life you want, you must want to make the changes.
